From a Mic to a Mission!
I grew up in New York City during the birth of hip hop—an era that shaped my voice, my rhythm, and my vision. As an MC surrounded by phenomenal DJs, music became my language.
In 2020, when the world stood still during COVID-19, I needed a new way to reach my student ministry. That spark led to the creation of a small independent radio station—a platform to share hope and encouragement with my students. What began as a simple outlet quickly evolved into a 24/7 hub for music lovers, broadcasting old-school hip hop, R&B, gospel, Latin, Caribbean, and more.
The power to lift spirits during such uncertain times was undeniable. So, I took it a step further—packing up my equipment and showing up in person to create a vibe that could bring comfort, energy, and joy to those who needed it most. I found purpose in that connection.
Today, we’re still reaching global audiences—from the U.K. to China, India to Germany, Spain, and beyond—but our heart is focused on making a deeper impact in our local communities. Because while the music travels far, the mission starts right here at home.
